What an adventure!  K-3 had so much fun at the Snowman Reindeer Farm in Canton.  We had the opportunity touch real reindeer antlers and feed Klaus and Nutmeg!

February News

February 1 - 5:  Catholic Schools Week

The school enjoyed a week celebrating our wonderful Catholic school and focusing on the Corporal Works of Mercy.  We had breakfast with mom, dad, grandma & grandpa.  We enjoyed the fun of a magician, added a friendship bench to our peaceful playground, received school scarves and made donations to the local food pantry & friendship house.

January 31:  Hats for Homeless

As a kick-off to Catholic Schools Week, the first grade students are offering hats for sale at the K of C Pancake & Sausage Breakfast.  Hats can be purchased for personal use and proceeds will go to a fund for the needy OR for a small donation, the hat (along with a message & prayer card) will be set aside and distributed to those in need.  If you can't attend the breakfast on January 31, the first grade will gladly accept donations during Catholic Schools Week!

First Grade's annual cookie sale was a huge success yet again, raising over $100 dollars for a school family!  Thanks to everyone who participated.

November 12: Veteran's Day

We spent Veteran's Day in school this year in order to better understand, appreciate and honor all those who serve our country.  Our special treat was a visit from two parishioners who are veterans.

In honor of St. Francis of Assisi, Father Greg invited all animals, big and small, for a blessing on the playground.  He even had an extra-special blessing for that little piggy that ran wee-wee-wee all the way down the road!
